Account information (name, email, organisation), the content you submit to the services, usage and device information, payment records, and information you send us through forms or email.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the services, to bill you, to respond to you, to meet legal obligations, and, only on Free and Pro plans where you have not opted out, to improve our models.

3. Where it is stored

Personal information collected in mainland China is stored in mainland China. We do not transfer it abroad except as permitted by law and with the safeguards it requires.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, or where the law requires.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes above. API inputs and outputs are kept for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, copy and delete your personal information, withdraw consent, and close your account, in settings or by writing to privacy@zhiman.ai.

7. Cookies

Our website uses only the cookies needed to run it and, with your consent, privacy-respecting analytics.
