Terms of use | Zhiman

These terms govern your use of the Zhiman website, the Micius app, Micius Code and the Zhiman API. Business customers may have a separate agreement, which takes precedence.

1. Who we are

The services are provided by Zhiman (知满科技), a company registered in the People’s Republic of China. Contact details are on our contact page.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Using the services

You may use the services only in line with these terms, our usage policy and applicable law. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the models, extract training data, or circumvent rate limits or safety measures.

4. Your content

You keep your rights in what you put into the services and in the outputs you receive. You grant us the rights needed to provide the services to you. We do not use content from business plans or the API to train our models.

5. Accuracy

AI outputs can be wrong, including when presented with high confidence. Check important outputs before relying on them, and do not use the services as the sole basis for decisions affecting safety.

6. Payment

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. API usage is billed by token at the prices published on our website.

7. Ending these terms

You can stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or the usage policy.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes go to the competent court where Zhiman is registered.
